Ordered a watch 6 months ago, but it never arrived. Emails for a refund are ignored. It’s the worst shopping experience I ever had.
I ordered a watch from Helgray, but it never arrived. I contacted them through email, but they are not responding. I have send many emails but it seems they are not reading them at all. Many people complain about poor customer service. I should have checked these reviews before wasting my money on them. Be careful, this company is likely to be a scam.
